To register as a potential supplier for Robot Investments, all vendors must submit an application through Robot  Procurement. It takes effort and commitment from you and there’s lots of work to do between telling us about your business and being registered in our vendor database.

1. Understand What We Are & What We Need: Potential vendors start by learning about Robot Investments by visiting our website www.robotinvestments.com. Our site provides an overview of our diversified businesses and strategic goals. To gain an appreciation of Robot Investments’ sourcing environment, including electronic Procurement, visit eProcurement, and Strategic Sourcing. These sites will help you better understand what we’re about and what it takes to succeed as a Robot Investments vendor.

2. Introduce Your Company To Us: The only way to introduce your company to us it to complete and submit the Vendor Information Form which will provide us with the essential information about your business, products and services.

This information will be maintained in our potential vendor database for two years and is held in the strictest of confidence. This database is a primary source of vendor information and is referred to as we assess the market for new sourcing opportunities.

3. Be Patient: Once you've submitted your company application, you will receive an electronic acknowledgment confirming that your application has been received. Robot Investments will only contact suitable potential vendors when new sourcing events are considered.

Additionally, existing vendor relationships are regularly reviewed to ensure our needs are being met and to look for new opportunities to improve costs, service, quality or delivery. Some vendors may receive a Request for Information (RFI) to enhance our database. Qualifying vendors may also receive a Request for Proposal (RFP) to bid on a specific contract or relationship.

4. Client Privacy: If you have an opportunity to compete for a purchasing relationship, be assured that all quotes, estimates and proprietary information offered to the companies of Robot Investments in negotiations will be held in confidence.
